Mandatory Experience: Family Medicine Medical Assistant (MA) Schedule: 5x8hr, 0845-1715 (Monday - Friday // OFF WEEKENDS) Experience: 6 months of experience working as an MA in an adult / pediatric outpatient or family medicine clinic setting Skills Required: VITAL SIGNS (Height/Weight, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Obtain Vital Signs, Pulse Oximetry), PREPARE FOR EXAM (Record History/Medications/Allergies), SET UP AND ASSIST WITH PROCEDURES (Pap Smear), INJECTIONS (Immunizations (including pediatrics), Intramuscular), SPECIMEN COLLECTION (Labeling of specimens), PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE (Administering Medication) Certs REQ: BLS License REQ: WA MA Type of Facility: Family Medicine Clinic Charting: EPIC (experience REQUIRED)
