We are looking for a passionate and driven Event Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in creating unforgettable events for our guests.
The Event Coordinator will focus on planning, and execution. This role involves working closely with clients to design and deliver exceptional events while ensuring every detail runs smoothly. From corporate team-building sessions to birthday parties and private events, you will be the go-to person for creating exceptional group experiences.

Event Planning Skills: Proven track record of organizing and executing events, including strong attention to detail.
Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage multiple events simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management tools.
Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event schedules.
A background in hospitality, entertainment, or motorsports is a plus.
