Envoy Air is looking for a Supervisor to join a team committed to providing outstanding service. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day station operations, ensuring operational coverage, maintaining a safe and dependable operation, conducting agent observations, scheduling and administering local training, investigating and resolving operational issues, adhering to uniform policy, participating in operational conference calls, station audits, and preparing various reports. Supervisors will also perform Station Agent work, including greeting passengers, using reservation/ticketing software, communicating information about trips and belongings, guiding aircraft, loading and unloading baggage, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure a safe and on-time departure.
To qualify for this role, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, have a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver's license, be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs, work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and be flexible to work additional hours. You must also be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language, and possess the legal right to work in the United States. Position preferences include a minimum of one year of customer service experience and previous airline experience.
Additional requirements include not having visible tattoos, body piercings, or tongue rings while in company-issued uniform, fulfilling a fingerprint-based criminal background check, securing appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, passing a US Postal Service background check if applicable, and meeting Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for safety-sensitive positions.
