Insurance Claims & Impound Specialist

Full-time position | $18$21/hour (DOE)
What You'll Do
Review and evaluate CPI and GAP insurance claims for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility
Investigate claims by gathering loan/lease documents and supporting documentation
Analyze loan balances and deficiency amounts related to GAP claims
Communicate with borrowers, lenders, dealers, tow yards, and third parties to resolve claims and impound matters
Coordinate with impound lots, repossession agencies, and local authorities regarding vehicle status and release
Track and manage impounded vehicles, including documentation, storage fees, and timelines
Initiate and monitor CPI policies in accordance with lender requirements
Monitor accounts for insurance coverage and update records in internal systems
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Provide timely updates and support to customers throughout the claims and impound process
Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience handling CPI, GAP claims, and/or impound processing
Strong understanding of auto finance, loan amortization, and deficiency balance calculations
Experience coordinating with repossession, impound, or insurance vendors preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

MondayFriday (standard business hours)
Onsite role in Scottsdale, Arizona
Office environment with frequent communication with external partners
