Level of Education - 2-4 year degree
Years of experience in Position Title - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a Business Analyst position or equivalent
Certification(s) - ITIL 4 Certification. IIBA Certification (CBAP)

Training - Ability to write training documentation, create, and provide live end user training
Analysis - Ability to analyze new or proposed IT servicesExperience providing analysis for IT Operations, Infrastructure, and/or Application Development
Change Management - Should have the ability to develop and act upon change management plans
Basics Skills - Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures and government regulationsShould be able to effectively present information and respond to questions as they are presented from customers or clientsAbility to think creatively and strategically to drive innovation and differentiation
Process Mapping - Skills and experience with use of business process mapping techniques and templates
Public Sector - Experience working with and for public sector organizationsExperience facilitating requirements or other stakeholder engagement discussions in small and large groups
Work Environment - Working independently and/or in a team environment may be required for some engagements. Hybrid telework/office setting work environment.
