The Risk Solutions division is looking for a Member Services Coordinator. The Member Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Risk Solutions operations by managing accounts receivable-related customer service, coordinating division projects and mailers, supporting the SAP annual enrollment process, and responding to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner. If you excel in customer service, enjoy working with data and documents, and can juggle multiple priorities with precision, we'd love to meet you!
Pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
