Boston Centers for Youth & Families (BCYF) community centers serve Boston residents of all ages, offering affordable programs for residents of all ages across the City. Our goal is to provide quality programs that enrich the lives of residents and meet the needs of the community.
This is a temporary, summer-only position. The Staff Assistant I is responsible for providing excellent customer service and information to clients, visitors, volunteers, and the general public on the phone and in the office; acts as a liaison between clients and on-site staff; assists with general intake information; notifies on-site staff of visitors with scheduled appointments, as well as walk-in inquiries. Check in patrons electronically via our membership system (PM). Lead, execute, and foster a welcoming environment.
