This role strengthens shipboard performance through data analysis, technology enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives that support compliance, consistency, service delivery and operational readiness. The Senior Specialist partners with shipboard and shoreside stakeholders to standardize administrative processes, support system and policy implementation, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory adherence.
