You will be supporting the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the Department of Defense (DOD)./ppUsing your expertise as a Program Analyst, you will be providing support by defining, documenting, and recommending changes in line with best practices to improve processes, planning and implementation. You will also be assisting with the IT organizational changes that require additional mapping and processes. In addition, you will:/pulliAssist with creating, reviewing, editing, and updating SOPs, communication plans, control plans, project documents, charters, instructions, or other documents/liliMap assigned business processes, validate and update existing business process maps/liliProvide mapping support for additional component and organizational realignments/liliProvide root cause analysis of process issues/liliAssist in all CPI project phases as assigned/liliProvide information, research, and recommendations/liliAssist in establishing Corrective Action Request (CAR) processes/liliAssist with creation of implementation schedule and strategy of potential improvements/liliSupport projects and assist in tracking their progress/liliAttend project and stakeholder meetings/liliAssist with the development and creation of electronic libraries and indexing structures/liliFacilitate process improvement workshops/liliProvide support to accomplish After Action Review (AAR) sessions aimed at documenting lessons learned/liliDesign and maintain database and SharePoint pages to support approved process improvements/liliAssist with strategic and tactical planning support/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpYou must meet the minimum requirements:/pulliSecret Clearance/lili2+ years of experience in planning and process improvement, business process re-engineering, logistics, supply chain, or similar/liliExperience in program planning and process improvement/liliAS or AA degree or equivalent, BS / BA highly desired/liliProficiency in all Microsoft Office products and Visio or other mapping tools/li/ulpThe following experience is preferred:/pulliSix Sigma certification/li/ulpYou will be working in Alexandria, VA.
