Respond, communicate with adjuster as necessary to assist estimators in meeting estimating timelines. Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers./ph3Basic Requirements/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent/liliBachelors degree is preferred/liliAdvanced Excel knowledge and ability to create and review complex spreadsheets/liliAbility to operate complex software (specifically Xactimate and CRM tools)/liliPays close attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills/liliHighly Organized, Ability to multi-task and prioritize, High level communicator/li/ulh3Evaluated On/h3ulliQuality of overall finished product/liliPerformance versus annual and quarterly goals/liliActual Skill Development versus Annual Skill Development Goals/li/ulh3Overall Duties Include/h3ulliAssist with updating 3rd party programs online to ensure compliance with program service standards/liliPrepare scope of damages and estimate within a very timely manner./liliPrepare scope of work through estimating software Xactimate communicate to adjuster./liliUtilize Matterport 3D imaging software to create estimates./liliUnderstand insurance trends in claims and adjusting losses/liliBe knowledgeable in the insurance industry. Keep up on technologies, equipment, processes, etc/liliBe knowledgeable on building products, new products, building technologies, etc/liliCommunicate with Management and all internal/external Customers./liliMaintain obtain additional IICRC certifications, when requested by management./liliFollow enforce established safety practices including proper use of PPE, when required./liliOther related activities as requested by estimating staff/li/ulh3High Level Job Duties Include/h3ulliMeet with Supervisor no less than weekly for Goal Setting and Review/liliAttend and actively participate in leadership development trainings such as but not limited to selling, situational leadership, priority management, facilitation, conflict resolution and interviewing/liliParticipates in marketing and business development as the need arises/liliParticipates in the collection process of payment from customers/liliComplete special assignments as requested by Supervisor/liliParticipates in emergency services when an All hands on deck scenario arises/liliParticipate in on-going problem solving and practicing continuous improvement of the department and company as a whole/liliParticipate in Paul Davis social events, Goal Setting and Review, All Team Meetings and as many other opportunities as possible to engage with the rest of the team/li/ulh3Hours/h3ulliAvailable to work full time Monday through Friday during standard business hours/liliThis may occasionally require after hours availability, including weekends, and/or holidays/li/ulh3Reward/h3ulliCompensation is evaluated on a yearly basis effective from the start date of employment of each calendar year.
