Eleven Recruiting is supporting a confidential search for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead HR operations across a growing, multi-site manufacturing and retail organization. The company currently operates with a headcount of approximately 70 employees across two production facilities in Pacoima, CA and one retail location in Tarzana, CA, with goals to expand significantly through 20262027.
This is a high-impact, full-time, onsite role ideal for a hands-on HR professional with deep knowledge of California labor law, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for workforce development. The Senior HR Generalist will serve as a strategic partner to management while supporting all day-to-day HR functions.
