Manage, process, and perform all material movement transactions in a electronic component production environment, specifically performing physical and transactional duties to receive incoming purchase orders, kit material to production line, perform cycle counting duties, and ship orders. This role will help to Manage and control all materials in Warehouse and Production locations. It will support and work with quality teams on failed material inventory movement, as well as help to perform inventory analysis such as cycle counting and inventory discrepancy resolution. Additionally, the role will support and assist with material operation projects and special assignments. Daily duties include performing Warehouse and Fulfillment functions Receiving, Incoming Inspection, Inventory Management, PO Returns, Kitting, Cycle counts, and Order Processing.
Receive incoming material. Perform Incoming receiving inspection -- physical and visual inspection & document verification Handle the internal product transfers shipments Pick Work Orders and deliver parts to production line Ship and Receive material Perform Inventory cycle counts and discrepancy investigations Triage incoming material parts for rework or scrap Perform MRP transactions create work orders, transfer inventory, ship/receive orders Communicate with production and engineering teams on any receiving issues and/or discrepancies Consolidate pending parts for repair charges and assist with material production planning Follow up on pending material orders for completion, prioritize the tasks based on its urgency Organize and maintain cleanliness of stock inventory locations, receiving dock and warehouse Ensure Quality documentation provided with shipments is correct Troubleshoot Material Movements, or roadblocks to processing Report on inventory qty, units processed and overall material status
Bachelor's with 6-8 years of warehouse/inventory experience preferred MRP system experience & knowledge required (SAP, Oracle, Etc) Excellent interpersonal communications and organization skills, ability to multi-task while making effective decisions RMA, procurement or Return to Vendor experience a plus Attention to details and strong organizational skill Independent person and have ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision Team Player, Problem solver Comfortable working in a start up environment Proficient with MS office is required
