Manage, process, and perform all material movement transactions in a electronic component production environment, specifically performing physical and transactional duties to receive incoming purchase orders, kit material to production line, perform cycle counting duties, and ship orders. This role will help to Manage and control all materials in Warehouse and Production locations. It will support and work with quality teams on failed material inventory movement, as well as help to perform inventory analysis such as cycle counting and inventory discrepancy resolution. Additionally, the role will support and assist with material operation projects and special assignments. Daily duties include performing Warehouse and Fulfillment functions Receiving, Incoming Inspection, Inventory Management, PO Returns, Kitting, Cycle counts, and Order Processing.
Bachelor's with 6-8 years of warehouse/inventory experience preferred. MRP system experience & knowledge required (SAP, Oracle, Etc). Excellent interpersonal communications and organization skills, ability to multi-task while making effective decisions. RMA, procurement or Return to Vendor experience a plus. Attention to details and strong organizational skill. Independent person and have ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Team Player, Problem solver. Comfortable working in a start up environment. Proficient with MS office is required.
Standing, walking, sitting, talking/listening, crouching or crawling, reaching with hands and arms. Lift, carry, push and pull in excess of 25 pounds. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, climb and balance.
