Job description

Are you looking for the clinical autonomy of a traditional outpatient practice backed by the robust infrastructure of a highly successful non-profit health system? ThedaCare Physicians-Neenah offers the tools, staff, and collegial collaboration you need to focus on what you do best: caring for patients. With a network of over 180 locations, we ensure our providers have the backing of a respected system while maintaining a close-knit, team-driven environment. Position Highlights:
  • FTE Flexibility: Full- and part-time opportunities available to fit your professional goals.
  • Administrative Support: Dedicated weekly admin time (4 hours at 1.0 FTE) to ensure a sustainable pace.
  • Clinic Accessibility: M-Th (7:00a-7:00p), F (7:00a-6:00p), and Saturday (8:00a-1:00p) hours to serve the community.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside an established team with full nursing and administrative support.
  • Advanced Innovation: Utilize system-wide Epic EMR with integrated DAX Copilot and Dragon tools.
  • The Call: Equitable rotation (1:11 weekends) with nurse triage screening to protect your time.
