We are seeking a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter to support our rapid growth and drive full-cycle recruitment efforts across a diverse range of roles, including Sustainability, Climate Change, GHG (Greenhouse Gas), Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and ASG-related positions.
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical and specialized environmental/sustainability-focused roles within innovative or mission-driven organizations.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop search strategies, source and assess top talent, and ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
This position is perfect for a proactive recruiter who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building teams that make a positive environmental and technological impact.
