Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented
HR Coordinator
to join their growing team in the Biltmore area of Phoenix. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with
1-3 years of recent HR Coordinator or HR Administrative experience
who is looking to expand their career in a collaborative and employee-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute offer letters
Coordinate background checks and pre-employment processes
Complete I-9 and E-Verify administration
Process HRIS transactions and employee data updates
Maintain personnel files and HR records
Schedule interviews and support recruiting activities
Coordinate new hire orientation logistics
Assist with HR reporting and audits
Manage employment verification requests
Support employee recognition programs
Maintain accurate HR documentation and records
Qualifications:
1-3 years of recent HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR Administrative experience
Experience working with HRIS systems and employee records
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
