Management Analyst V - Business Analyst

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst V (Business Analyst) to support EOIR/AD in Falls Church, VA.

Support the EOIR Administration organization by identifying business challenges, analyzing operational processes, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, transparency, and performance. Required Technical Skills . Cross-functional process mapping (As-Is & To-Be). Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements. Developing performance metrics . Report design. Business case development. Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement. Analysis of alternatives. Process auditing and control assessment. Root cause analysis

Bachelor's degree. Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance. Proficiency in Visio, Excel Functions, SharePoint, and Power BI. Ability to successfully complete the CGI Background Investigation to include: 50 State Education and Employment checks; additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records check may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment . Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship and an ability to obtain an MRPT clearance is required Hourly Rate: $52.76/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
