Job description
Warehouse Associate / Package Handler
We are hiring Warehouse Associate / Package Handler for our Durham, NC facility.

Shifts: Sunday - Thursday, 1:30 AM to 7:30 AM or end of sort. Tuesday - Saturday, 3:15 AM to 9:00 AM or end of sort.
End of sort is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
How you will be rewarded as a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler:
- Hourly rate starting at $14.50/hr. (weekly pay)

As a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler, we count on you to:

- Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
- Load trucks for deliveries
- Be a team player everyone works together to get the job done!
Skills you need:
- Ability to stay on your feet while working - this is a great job for someone looking to stay active!
- Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
- Gloves and work boots are recommended
Referral Program Details: Referral bonus reward of $500 year-round (offered for all positions company-wide). Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate's tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate's tenure. Date of referral bonus eligibility will be for referrals that start between the dates of 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025.
