The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment./li/ulpJob Responsibilities/pulliNew Hire Orientation Annual Training/liliSchedules new hire and annual training as needed to meet training plan requirements set by LD manager/liliTravel to office sites to oversee mandatory annual training sessions as needed./liliDistribute and collect course evaluations, record evaluations, and review evaluation results with appropriate staff to continuously improve and enhance future trainings./liliProduce required or requested reports training audits, individual staff training records for regulatory audits, reports including results of training evaluations, and additional reports as needed, such as Excel spreadsheets./liliConduct ongoing assessments of staff training needs and preferences through formalized surveys, evaluation forms, meetings, and informal staff feedback./liliCreation of PowerPoints, handouts, and other training materials in coordination with the ODT trainers, subject matter experts, and the Advancement Department/liliOrganization management of digital training assets/liliComplete word processing or typing assignments within the given deadline./liliAssist with updating manuals, flow charts, KPIs and other documents as needed yearly./liliAssist with meetings as needed, such as ordering lunch, reserving rooms, making copies, etc./liliMaintain close contact with AP Grants Manager and Directors to ensure accurate compliance with grants regulations and budget before ordering supplies./liliPurchase and complete supply orders for community-based solutions./liliPurchase and maintain an inventory of office supplies for the 1900 office complex./liliComplete accounting functions to ensure orders are processed and paid on time./liliComplete record of charge forms for credit card statements for directors, as needed/liliAttend Organizational Development and Training staff meetings./liliParticipate in other committees, as assigned./liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliBachelors Degree with at least two years of relevant experience managing widespread solution operations. A minimum of one year of learning and development experience is required. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with public speaking and presenting in front of groups. Proficient in computer applications with strong analytical abilities to assess data and drive decision-making.
