This role is responsible for designing and executing change management in support of AI transformation projects. The position involves conducting operational and financial analyses to support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will coordinate with technical teams, change leads, workstream leaders, and business unit SMEs to drive projects forward and build a more complex customer data environment.

Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
Experience: 11-15 years of experience in business process optimization, data governance, and financial modeling.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in change management, communications, and project management is required. Expertise in Power BI, Python, SQL, SOQL, Jira, and Excel for advanced data analysis and business intelligence reporting is necessary.
