Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Acute Care Hospital Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: MN Occupational Therapy license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Epic experience required Description: 60/40 Hospital/Outpatient split. Outpatient includes hands and upper extremity therapy. Hospital includes general rehabilitation. Patients are adults of all ages. Background check results can take 3-5 weeks to receive. Traveler's primary residence must be at least 25 miles away from the facility. Vaccines are required with medical or religious exemptions only. Travelers must complete fingerprinting in person in Minnesota. All travelers must go to the lab within 48 hours of signing. Holiday work is required as needed. CNA license must be in hand. RN/LPN license must be in hand or proof of application is required. Do not submit applications if the candidate has not applied for the necessary licenses. All requirements must be fulfilled at the time of submission.
