Our district was established in 2014 and is committed to providing a quality education to all students in our community. We operate four schools: Millington Early Learning Academy (MELA), Millington Primary School (MPS), Millington Intermediate School (MIS), and Millington Central Middle High School (MCMHS).

About the role:
Responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development in alignment with Tennessee state standards. This role involves designing and delivering differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, assessing progress, and implementing effective classroom management strategies. The teacher collaborates with colleagues, administrators, and families to support student success and ensure a well-rounded educational experience. Additionally, the teacher is expected to integrate technology, utilize data-driven instruction, and maintain compliance with district and state policies while fostering a love of learning in all students.

We value honesty and transparency in our hiring process. Our salary range for teaching positions is $50,055.20 to $75,398.68, determined by verified years of experience and recognition of a Master's degree.
