Requirements 5+ years of commercial roofing experience Full knowledge of all manufacturers, roofing systems and installations procedures Valid driver's license No fear of climbing ladders or heights at a minimum of 25 ft. Ability to consistently lift/move/carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions Willingness to follow direction set forth by management in all aspects of the job Open to suggestions for improvement, where needed Demonstrates leadership qualities Strong time management skills Ability to coach and train crew members Strong problem-solving skills Safety Oriented Knowledge of OSHA regulations Comfortable using technology, including a smartphone/tablet for various applications Available and willing to work weekends as needed A dependable team player with a positive attitude is a must!
