Scheduler
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring appropriate staffing coverage to provide quality care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain staff schedules for nursing and direct care departments
Ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, including weekends and holidays
Coordinate with department managers to address staffing needs
Manage call-offs, replacements, and shift changes in a timely manner
Monitor overtime and agency usage to support budget goals
Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports
Communicate schedule updates clearly with staff
Qualifications:
Previous scheduling or staffing experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office
