Sendero consultants improve operations, optimize technology, enhance customer experiences, and advance workforce productivity for our clients. As a Management Team member at Sendero, you'll lead and develop team members, oversee all phases of delivery, partner with clients to shape the project scope, and support the firm's ongoing growth through personal relevance and proposal development. This role is based in Dallas, Texas. Work arrangements are determined on a client and project basis and will likely vary over time depending on client needs. In general, expect to work a minimum of three days on-site per week with your team at the client or Sendero office.
