With that being said, we expect that your natural friendliness shines through, you're able to handle a quick-paced work environment, you support store management in achieving store objectives, you assist in assigning, directing, and following-up on activities of crew members, and that you love Wendy's just as much as we do!
Our food is not one size fits all and neither are our job opportunities. Whether you are looking for your first job or to build your career, 40 hours or a few hours to keep your weekends occupied, if you are an early-riser or a night-owl, we have got something for you!
We expect you to have solid social skills - act like your grandparents are with you, and use your pleases and thank yous! We expect you to help your teammates and customers. When things are low, you fill them back up- condiments, utensils, etc. You love to learn and want to be a part of a team!
