Seeking a detail-oriented HCM Change Management Specialist to support change, communications, and adoption for a global HCM (Workday) implementation. This role partners with the System Integrator Change Lead, HR teams, and project workstreams to drive awareness, training readiness, and end-user adoption across impacted groups. Key responsibilities include support development and execution of change and communication plans, drafting and editing communications (emails, FAQs, updates, job aids), maintaining project trackers, calendars, and Teams/SharePoint sites, coordinating stakeholder meetings; capturing notes and action items, supporting training logistics (scheduling, registration, materials, attendance tracking), assisting with readiness surveys, adoption metrics, and simple reporting, maintaining change dashboards, and supporting hypercare communications post go-live.
