Job Description
A mid-sized manufacturing firm in South Seattle is seeking a Quote/Billing Coordinator for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is 100% onsite from 9 . to 5 . with a 30-minute lunch break, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding services provided by the company.
- Prepare quotes as requested by the customer.
- Compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing purposes.
- Review customer quote information and prepare quotes utilizing support personnel as required.
- Review quote information and create and submit bids to customers within the required time frame.
- Itemize costs of services for each service provided.
- Compute cost and price estimates for services provided using a wide variety of criteria.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and job files to facilitate smooth transitions to other departments.
- Prepare and distribute invoices as jobs are completed.
- Clarify any questions pertaining to invoices received by the customer.
- Respect confidentiality in discussing pricing and other business-related practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- 2+ years of experience in billing and estimating.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ADP or Oracle software is a bonus.
Work Environment
The role offers free parking and is set in an aerospace manufacturing environment, which can be a bit loud. You will work with a team of four members.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
