Job Summary:
The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional client care and support to our clients and their families.
The clients served involve those with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities ("I/DD") and IHC for Seniors and Disabled.
This role requires traveling in and around the Florence/Coastal Area, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal team members.
