Bank Operations Manager
Position Summary
A local Louisiana bank is searching for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bank, ensuring efficient processes, regulatory compliance, customer service standards, and operational risk management. This role manages deposit operations, loan operations, branch operations support, and operational staff while working closely with executive management to improve systems, procedures, and overall bank efficiency.
