divh2Job Title/h2pSpa Therapist/ph2Job Description/h2pTo provide each guest with excellent customer service, massages and body treatments./ph2How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h2pOffer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional attitude with all guests and team members./ppInitiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner./ppAdminister expert massage and body treatments for various purposes and needs and in the specific time frame given./ppProvide consistent professional treatments as directed in training classes and accepted certification practices./ppProperly care for equipment and products used./ppCommunicate and describe in an articulate manner the spa offerings./ppCompare and contrast the different services on the menu./ppRecommend and up-sell services at the spa facility on property./ppHandle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy./ppRespond to guest requests immediately, accurately, and appropriately./ppUnderstand the importance of and committed to continuing education./ppWorks unsupervised for extended period./ppUphold all protocols for set-up and cleanliness of treatment rooms./ppFollow all guidelines established by the governing state board./ppUnderstand that as a representative of the Spa they will maintain a healthy appearance and a positive attitude./ppMaintain a clean, safe, stocked and well-organized work area. Including extensive in-between client cleaning procedures./ppMaintains well-maintained spa appearance, cleanliness and ability to work entire shift in a mask as directed./ppComfortable around guests who may be in a state of undress./ppPerform other tasks assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager./ppAbility to troubleshoot and problem solve problems in fast paced environment./ppRegular attendance is essential to the successful performance of the position./ppDue to the nature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules, weekends, and holidays to reflect the needs of the facility./ppMust comply with rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the facility./ppAlways maintains a friendly pleasant and professional demeanor and appearance./ppAbility to provide services and skills across any citywide property location./ph2What You Will Need/h2pMust be 21 years of age or older./ppTwo years massage therapy experience at a resort or high-level country club preferred./ppProper training and certificates for service provided. (Must be able to produce certifications upon hire.)/ppHighschool diploma./ppExperience in administering treatments to male and female guests in a professional manner./ppUnderstand and follow Blood Born Pathogen procedures./ppExcellent, reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language./ppMust be able to stand up to 9 hours per day Length of time of these tasks may vary./ppAble to lift 15lbs occasionally./ppAble to work entire shift in a Mask./ppRequires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening, hearing ability and visual acuity./ppMust be able to operate office equipment such as computers, online booking platforms, printer, and two-way radio./ph2About Us/h2pCentrally located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, The Linq is famous for its comfortable atmosphere and friendly customer service.
