Job Description
One to two years of experience working as a VTC Support Operators. Services to include: Scheduling, monitoring, managing, troubleshooting, and manipulating audio visual equipment in a command center and videoconference room environment with extensive proficiencies in the areas of customer service, details research, and end-user computing devices, as well as support of on and off-site large scale executive events.
Requirements
Primary Skills include:
- Schedule and set-up video conferences across customer environment.
- First level problem resolution for VT equipment, i.e., codec’s, audio, cameras, projectors, switches etc.
- Manipulate cameras and audio equipment.
- Work with Microsoft Calendars
- Be proficient in Microsoft SKYP, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Coordinate video requirements for large scale executive events on and off-site of the main customer Facility.
- Provide VTC metrics and reports to management.
