THE JOB: The primary responsibility of the Senior Claims Representative is to handle the investigation and analysis of third-party property and casualty complex claims received in Risk Management. The Sr. Claims Representative will determine the extent of MGM Resorts International's liability, if any, and assess alleged damages by applying technical knowledge, independent judgment, deductive/inductive reasoning, critical thinking, diplomacy and excellent guest service skills to effect fair and prompt resolution of claims. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International Operations policies, practices and procedures. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
