We’re Hiring a Rockstar Pediatric Patient Care Coordinator!

  • Be the First Impression: You are the face of our practice! You’ll welcome patients with high energy, warmth, and a genuine smile.
  • Keep the Flow Fabulous: You’ll keep our schedule full, flowing, and fabulous, ensuring every patient is taken care of promptly.
  • Master the Desk: From answering phones like a total pro to managing insurance, billing, and treatment plans, you’ll keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Connect & Communicate: You’ll be the go-to person who helps parents navigate their care, answers questions with confidence, and ensures no detail ever "falls through the cracks."
  • Team Spirit: We believe in a team-based approach where no task is below us. You’ll pitch in wherever needed to keep our office culture positive, supportive, and fun (yes, we actually enjoy Mondays!).
