Job description
Operations is at the heart of Amazon’s business. We are known for our speed, accuracy, and exceptional service. Our buildings deliver tens of thousands of products to hundreds of countries worldwide, every day. Reliability Maintenance & Engineering (RME) are the business partners that work tirelessly behind the scenes to make it all happen. We drive continuous improvement, and maintain all of the Robotics and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to ensure our customers are met with the Amazon smile. Come join us on our journey!

About the Role:
As the RME Planner, you will develop maintenance plans and schedules using recurring preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance data, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). You will also ensure that spare parts are ordered and maintained in stock for both planned and emergency repairs.

Key job responsibilities

• You will plan reliability improvement projects and collect engineering drawings and technical specifications to maximize system efficiency and performance
• You will drive proactive maintenance programs that achieve 85% planned work targets while ensuring all activities derive from APM and close accurately in Amazon's maintenance virtuous cycle
• You must be able to move up to 49lbs, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation, as well as perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
