The Planning & Scheduling Engineer II is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules across full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation) project lifecycles. This role supports both onshore and offshore projects and may lead planning activities for small-scale engineering scopes.
This position plays a key role in ensuring project timelines are achievable, risks are mitigated, and project performance is accurately tracked and reported.
Internal: Planning team, Project teams, Proposal teams
External: Clients, partners, vendors, subcontractors
Additional InformationMay supervise or train junior staff on smaller projects.
Works primarily in a Home Office environment supporting global project execution.
