At Ben Franklin Plumbing, we’re looking for a motivated Drain Cleaning Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping customers.If you enjoy hands-on work, diagnosing issues, and making a real difference for homeowners, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.🔧 What You’ll DoAs a Drain Cleaning Technician, you’ll be the expert customers rely on to keep their plumbing systems running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Diagnosing and resolving residential drain and sewer issues
  • Operating professional drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Removing blockages such as roots, debris, and buildup
  • Performing sewer camera inspections and documenting findings
  • Measuring and locating potential leaks or breaks
  • Communicating clearly with customers about issues and solutions
  • Identifying opportunities and setting leads for additional services
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
  • Upholding company standards, safety procedures, and a strong code of ethics

💪 Physical & Work Requirements
  • Comfortable working in a field environment, including tight spaces and varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift, climb, kneel, and work with equipment as needed
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
