Duration: 12 months plus
Pay Range: $55-$60/hr on W2
Job Summary: As a Senior Component Engineer located in the Bay Area, CA, you will engage closely with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to evaluate and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring compliance and efficiency in component usage. You will spearhead the identification and integration of potential second-source suppliers and track component qualification processes. This role demands a high level of collaboration with Commodity Managers and Design Engineers to align Google's product specifications with strategic sourcing objectives.
