Skilled Handyman / Carpenter
My Handyman of Ann Arbor, Saline & Chelsea
Annual Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000 + Company Van + Full Benefits

My Handyman of Ann Arbor, Saline & Chelsea is a locally owned and operated franchise of Neighborly — the world's largest home services organization. We've built a reputation in Washtenaw and Southern Livingston Counties for quality workmanship, professionalism, and a customer experience that keeps people coming back. Now we're growing, and we're looking for a talented craftsperson to grow with us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
No two days are the same. You'll tackle a wide variety of projects for homeowners across the Ann Arbor area, including:
• Trim carpentry and finish work
• Drywall installation and repair
• Interior and exterior painting
• Light electrical and light plumbing
• Flooring installation and repair
• Deck restoration and outdoor projects
• General home maintenance and repairs
You'll communicate directly with clients, keep job sites clean and organized, and uphold our commitment to safety and excellence on every project.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate:
• Has 5+ years of paid experience in carpentry and handyman work
• Owns their own tools and equipment
• Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Is 18 years of age or older
• Lives within 20 miles of Ann Arbor, MI
• Has excellent people skills — clients will love working with you
• Is comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and communication
