Pay Scale: Base hourly rate ranges between: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour.

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that combines vehicle care with customer experience. You’ll work closely with both the service team and customers, helping ensure every vehicle and every interaction meets our high standards.

What You’ll Do


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Support the service team by moving and staging vehicles safely
  • Clean and detail new and used vehicles (interior and exterior)
  • Apply cleaning and protective products to maintain vehicle appearance
  • Ensure vehicles are presentation-ready for customers and delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns immediately
  • Communicate effectively with team members to support daily operations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Customer service mindset (hospitality, retail, or service experience is a plus)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to follow dealership policies and procedures
