About the Role:
Join R&R Rubber Molding Inc as a Trimming and Inspection Operator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our rubber products. Responsibilities:
  • Trim and inspect rubber products to meet quality standards.
  • Operate cutting tools and inspection equipment efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
  • Document and report any defects or discrepancies in products.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies diligently.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or inspection roles is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and measuring instruments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
