Marketing Coordinator
Support the Director of Marketing in developing and executing day-to-day marketing activities
Assist coordinating marketing related events, including logistics, managing registrations, and coordinating with vendors
Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
Provide support and assistance to internal departments and manage communication with outside vendors
Uphold brand standards and consistency among multiple channels including websites, collateral, trade shows and events, public relations, social media, etc
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports and make recommendations to improve
Social media management including strategy development, design of creative assets, scheduling of posts, and audience engagement
Managing daily administrative tasks
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing, ABM or B2B preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong grammatical and creative writing skills, ability to review and proof copy for the web, email, and social
Flexible and deadline driven: able to balance flexibility in a deadline driven activity; adapts to changing conditions and adjusted requirements; juggles multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working with in a multidimensional company with cross-functional departments
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and event marketing
Ability to analyze metrics and create reports
Strong creative problem-solving skills, ability to link information together, and solution oriented individual
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Working knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation software
Working knowledge of SEO and SEM a plus
Constant learner and keep up to date on new developments & best practices in digital marketing
Ability to travel as necessary (25%)

Experience in the Life Science industry or Chemistry
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
