We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Assistant for a 13-week long-term assignment with the potential for permanent hire. This role is ideal for local candidates onlymust reside within 45 minutes of the clinic. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting.
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a clinical or ambulatory care setting (required)
One of the following is required:
Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program
Active CT CNA, EMT, or Paramedic Certification (preferred)
In lieu of education, at least 2 years of direct patient care experience in acute or ambulatory care
Experience with Epic EMR (preferred)
Prior experience in a high-volume medical office (preferred)
