Available Shifts
Monday–Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities
As an LPN at Devon Gables Rehabilitation Center, you will:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care provided.
Educate and support residents and their families regarding healthcare needs and treatment plans.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Monitor residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, reporting changes promptly to the appropriate clinical staff.
Document residents' responses to nursing care in accordance with facility policies.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Assist with unit operations and assume charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.
