Own and manage the Massachusetts territory by developing agency relationships and growing commercial P&C business.
You will spend most of your time in the fieldmeeting with agency partners, increasing submission activity, and building a book of business aligned with underwriting guidelines.

Salary range: $105,000-$130,000 USD + performance-based bonus potential and use of a company car
