Job description

Resource Property Management is a locally owned and operated community association management firm currently seeking full time (40 hours weekly) Maintenance Technicians in south St.

Petersburg. Overnight shifts only. Brief Job Description:

  • Perform routine janitorial and maintenance duties in order to maintain and preserve the physical integrity and appearance of the common areas of the property.
  • The technician will conduct building maintenance repairs and be responsible for the upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets and equipment.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, light cleaning, plumbing, electrical repairs, fire protection, life safety and all other building systems.

Will Train Requirements:

  • • Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work. • Valid driver's license and good driving record. • Pass pre-employment drug test & criminal background check. • Must be able to lift 40 pounds. • Good verbal communication skills.
