FullTime Floor Technician
Manatawny Manor – Pottstown, PA
Manatawny Manor is seeking a dedicated FullTime Floor Technician to join our Environmental Services team.
Schedule:
· Part Time and Full Time - 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
· Every other weekend required
Responsibilities Include:
· Operating floor care equipment (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers, extractors)
· Stripping, waxing, and maintaining floors to a high standard
· Ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents and staff
· Following all facility safety and infection control procedures
Requirements:
· Previous experience operating floor machines required
· Prior experience in a nursing home or healthcare environment required
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
