The incumbent manages ODA's budget and provides reports to the Finance team as needed. The incumbent also advises on the optimal use of funds to hire and retain personnel in order to fulfill ODA's commitments to the rest of the agency. Additionally, the incumbent contributes to the development of organizational strategies that enhance team efficiency and productivity, assists with quality assurance for ODA data products, collaborates with the Office of Performance Excellence on ODA's role in agency strategic planning and KPI tracking, and advises on relationship management between ODA and other divisions. The incumbent also supports business operations projects related to improving internal communications, providing project coordination support for high?priority efforts, and completing other assigned tasks.
