This role will support the operations team and regularly interface with LivCor's Operators, collaborating on various projects that cross departments within LivCor and across Operating Partner groups. You will be leading projects requiring data collection, analysis, and comprehensive reporting - culminating in recommendations that result in operational efficiencies. You will also co-lead and sponsor projects in tandem with SVP-Operations, Operations Project Manager, and various Asset Managers, Operator colleagues, and/or vendor partners. You'll enhance existing, and design new data rich operational reports in PowerBI, leveraging internal and external reports to design, test, and implement.
You will own projects that drive ROI, influence operator performance, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the LivCor operating platform
-3-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst/Financial Analyst position
-Proficiency with Outlook Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Experience taking data from different areas, breaking it down, and creating visualizations with PowerBI and Snowflake
-Experience with multifamily Real Estate
