Management Analyst III - CIVIL

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support the Civil Division of DOJ in Washington, DC. Your future duties and responsibilities include: recording expenditures in the financial system of record, reviewing travel authorizations for completeness and accuracy, troubleshooting issues with travelers, travel services, and JMD, processing travel obligations daily, reviewing open balances at least quarterly to de obligate funds that are no longer needed, maintaining a log of received vouchers and ensuring performance time frames are met, creating and arranging travel reservations and itineraries for invitational travelers, and briefing DOJ officials on the status of projects and work items.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role include: dedication to providing exceptional customer service, ability to obtain and maintain a DOJ waiver, strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct analysis and present findings clearly, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently, and exceptional communication skills.

Hourly Rate: $35.64/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
