This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join an established team of 1 physicians and 1 APP
• Call structure: None
• Practice setting: inpatient/outpatient/mix
• Access to enhance community health through comprehensive patient history assessments, diagnostic study interpretation, and preventative screenings.
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Clinical Excellence: Drive high-quality health outcomes by diagnosing and managing acute and chronic pediatric sleep conditions.
• Practice Setting: Diverse clinical mix featuring both outpatient clinic duties and inpatient consults.

• 97 beds, a 23-bed PICU
• Level 4 NICU and a Level 1 Children’s Surgery Center
• As part of a Level 1 Trauma center hub , the facility provides 24/7 emergency support and is recognized for its Gold Seal of Approval in specialized pediatric care

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
